Refund policy
Contact us at contactminkkiss@gmail.com before returning any products. Please include your order number.
If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
We will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged. For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrive at some countries, states or cities.
Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
